7. Saltwater Pool Systems – Limitation of Responsibility
Randy Henson Concrete, Inc. and Henson Pools do not warrant, guarantee, or accept liability for any damage, deterioration, or corrosion caused by saltwater pool systems, including but not limited to saltwater chlorine generators, salt-treated water, or saltwater overspray.
Saltwater exposure can naturally accelerate corrosion and surface wear to concrete, pool decks, coping, metals, fixtures, equipment, and surrounding materials.
Accordingly, the Company is not responsible for any discoloration, pitting, scaling, surface breakdown, equipment corrosion, or structural impact resulting from saltwater use or improper salt balance.
All ongoing maintenance—such as sealing, proper water chemistry management, and preventing excessive salt exposure—is the sole responsibility of the property owner.
